Help: Hunt Group Stuck In Endless Call Loop

Hi guys, hoping someone can help out with my problem.

I initially set the UC320W in a test environment so that I could configure and set it up exactly how we wanted in the office.  Once completed, I simply moved it and routed the Vonage boxes to the 320.  After initially running into some minor issues with getting a dial tone and phones registered to the 320, all seemed normal until I ran it thru some call tests.  Here's my problem and I've pretty much narrowed it down to exactly this:  as calls come in and go thru all the routing procedures, it's getting stuck in the Hunt Group and stays there in an endless loop.  After the Hunt Group procedure, it should then pass it off to the Auto Attendant.  However, it never makes it there.  It does seem to try, as you can see on the phones it stops ringing for a second or two....but it starts all over again ringing the Hunt Group.  It will stay in this loop until you disconnect the call.  I have checked and removed all variables and everything works fine (including the Auto Attendant).  It only occurs when I throw the Hunt Group (Simultaneous) into the equation.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Hi Jason,

In order to identify your routing issue, we need your UC320W configuration. Please do so by sending the UC320W feedback in Configure Utility at Services->Feedback. Please input "Attention wenyang@cisco.com" in "Issues or Suggestions" section and select "Report Problems" in the Category menu. I will look into it.

Best regards,
