Just setting up the first phone for the company VoIP system that is about to be implemented, have tweaked all the settings that I want and have got the phone working perfectly.
I have read about the "Profile Rule" options in the administration manual so you can setup the phones to download a configuration file from a central network location, which would be perfect for us for the initial setup and also if changes are required at some point in time.
I understand the setup on how to obtain a cfg file from a remote location, but I am still a little buffed on how i can extract the config information that is on the setup phone that we have just finished. Is that possible as I cannot seem to find a link within the administration panel to obtain the phones cfg file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
