How to add a language to cisco voip 6821

i ve got a cisco 6821, it has just one language installed (english), but i need to add italian language, can someone help me to find out how to do it?

I dont find the language pack for the phone model i am looking for ( 6821), and neither in the guide that you send it is mentioned, any solution ?
