I have read that you can add a flash softkey to IP sets, but do not see where/ how to add it, under users / extensions.
If someone could tell me, I would appreciate it!
As well, does anyone know if you can add a feature access code or STcapp FAC to allow analog sets/users to do a flash/ link as well?
