How to add multiple users on a single phone

I'm having trouble finding documentation on how I might add a second person on a phone. In other words, how do I get multiple extentions to go to different lines on the same phone? I'm using a UC 560.

Hi Monte,

You can achieve this by assigning a secondary extension to another button, but this might not be what you want, so if you can elaborate a little further as to what you want exactly I can help you with putting together a solution

Are you the end user? Because that is a  very simple feature, fully explained in documenation and that any professional should be able to understand and configure.

I'm in training at my organization and trying to get up to speed. Here's some new info: we set the phones up via the command line and we are looking for extension mobility. Any documention on this would be great.

All is documented in the CME Administrator Guide, that you can easily locate with a search on cisco.com.
