We have recently set up MeetMe conferencing and have encountered the following issue...
The first participant to enter the MeetMe conference extension in greeted with dead air. It isn’t clear if you just got cut off, or if you are successfully entered into the call. In a typical conference call there would be a prompt to announce your presence (which also provides confirmation for yourself that you’ve entered the conference call), is there a way to add participant announcements to the UC500 MeetMe conference?
I know you can enable tones for entering and leaving the conference call but that is not sufficient for our purposes and the tone is not audible to the person entering or leaving the call.
