how to edit aa.aef auto attendant script on uc540

Hi,

Got AA setup on my UC to route incoming calls. the auto attendant script configured is aa.aef with 3 options, 1st:if you know the extension you want to call press 1, 2nd: if you know the name of the person you want to call press 2, 3rd: if you to talk to an operator. My challenge is I dont want the 2nd option as phones in my office are not configured with names rather they configured with the office people are occupying for example ext 201 is named RECEPTION, 203 is named MD CEO etc. Those calling in from outside wouldn't know those details so I want that option removed.

how do I edit the aa.aef script?

I doubt that it is necessary to change the file, however you must install on the PC the Cisco CUE Editor, search on CCO the file CUCE-Editor-Installer-X.X.X.exe.

You can also use Express editor from the CUE GUI to create new, simple scripts
