I am using SPA502G with a SIP Voip service, but the software supplied (Broadcom toolbar) is very unreliable. How can I obtain Cisco IP Communicator, and will this be any better for Outlook integration?

I don't think that any ITSP supports CIPC. Also, CIPC doesn't do any outlook integration.
