How to transfer direct to voicemail?

Noob question. This is a feature that I hope exists, but have not been able to find anything about it.  My client would like the ability to transfer a call directly to an extensions voicemail.  Is this possible?  How is it done?

Yes, it is possible to transfer a call directly to a voicemail account. The default voicemail prefix is 7XXX (XXX=3 digit extension).  Example 7102 would dial the voicemail for ext 102.

The option to configure the internal dial plan is located under

Telephony -> Internal Dialing -> Voicemail Prefix (default 7)
