hunt group voicemail

hi,

I'm setting up a test huntgroup.

ex: ext 251 and I have 2 phones in there.

when no one answers the system takes the user to 399 which is the voicemail.

I leave a message in the voicemail.

my question now is... no one knows there is a message in 251... how do you deal with that?

also this creates aGDM, general delivery mailbox.

when I do 397 to get to the mailbox operator it asks for the extension, I type in 251 then it asks for the passowrd... I punch in 1234# but it doesn't work.

any idea of what the password could be or how do I set a password for a GDM?
