IM and Presence Publish Trunks on BE6000

Hello,

I'm trying to configure IM and Presence on a BE6000 (version 9.1). I have followed all the steps shown on the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsnen0QT1c8 . After loging in on the IM an Presence for the first time, I supply the AXL credentials and security password and verything seems ok but on the IM/Presence/Settings menu I can see the message "Currently there are no IM and Presence Publish Trunks provisioned on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager publisher" where, according to the guide, there should be the CUP-SIP-Trunk I previously configured on CM. Any idea?

Also, if I use the IM/Diagnostics/System Trouble Shouter, iy says that on the CM there's no Application Server configured for IM, but there is!! I have restarted both CM and IM several times and today I have re-installed IM but the same result.

I'm lost in this issue. Any help will be appreciated

You might like to take a look at the Cisco Validated Design for on Premises IM&P, which has just been published at the following page:

This includes step by step instructions for installing the IM & P service and configuring the UCM trunk.
