Incoming Call Issues  over SIP Trunk to the CUBE

Dear All,

I have a SIP trunk from the provider and terminated to cisco CUBE. I have CUCM 12.x as Call Control. the outgoing call works fine and two-way audio established. For an incoming call, the IP Phone is ringing. Once answered no audio, and the calling device doesn't show that the call is been connected. 

 

Call Flow 

 

ITSP<-->CUBE<-->CUCM (IP Phone)

 

My CUBE is sending the ringing message and getting timed out.

Neither picture nor LOG attached shows something wrong. Incoming call has been never answered by 192.168.2.6

 

I can rephrase my answer - 192.168.2.6 doesn't respond 200 OK response to 101 INVITE (e.g. it doesn't claim call answered).

 

If it's not true, check configuration and/or logs of 192.168.2.6.
