Incoming FXO Calls - Destination CO_LINE

We have our system setup for incoming FXO calls to go to the CO_LINE destination type.   In CUE, the extensions the system setup for the CO lines are setup to go to AA after 20 seconds.

Whenever I add a new phone to the system and assign buttons 2 and 3 to the CO lines, it overwrites the CO line ephone-dn's.  It changes the name, description, CFB, and CFNA.

Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Are you using CCA?  Have you always used CCA?  Is this in key system mode?  Can you give a better description of the call flow?
