70 entries have been loaded to external directory of SPA303 via yellow page of UC320. User can press "dir" button --> 3 (corporate directory) --> 2 (external directory) and dial the number (1~70) to make the phone call.
However, the phone will be no response after repeated above actions for several times. symptom persists unitl the phoneset is reset (unplugged) .
Firmware version for SPA303: v7.4.7

Hi,
We tried a quick test with 100 external directory entries with real size names in the lab and are not seeing the behavior that you are experiencing. Can you please contact the Small Business Support Center and open a case for further investigation about your particular setup?

The SPA303 will become no respone after the follow action:
1. Create 4 external directory with trunk acces code "9"
2. User press "dir" buttom
3. press 3 2 then the list number immediatlly.
4. hung up after call completed.
5. repeate the step 1 ~ 4 again (immediatlly)
You may find out the phone will become no reponse (hung) after using the external directory arround 15 times.

Hi Athena,
We really like to investigate it further and the best way is through our SBSS (Small Business Support Service). A ticket will be opened and tracked until full resolution. Do you mind calling our support line? You can just reference this thread so you don't have to repeat the information. While not expected, please let us know if you run into any issue receiving help. And let us know the final resolution.
Regards,
Bassanio

Athena,
I also see that by the phone running 7.4.7 firmware, this is not the latest UC320W firmware. Please upgrade your UC320W to the 2.0.6(10) release. The latest release UC320W firmware contains the 7.4.8 firmware for the SPA303 phones. The phones will upgrade automatically after upgrading the UC320W firmware. If you are still having problems after the upgrade, please contact the Small Business Support Center.
Thanks,
Chris
