You have the wrong default-router in you DHCP scopes
ip dhcp pool data
network 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0
default-router 192.168.1.1 SHOULD BE 192.168.10.1
dns-server 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1
!
ip dhcp pool video
network 192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0
default-router 192.168.1.1 SHOULD BE 192.168.12.1
dns-server 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1

I am not sure what you mean by a NAT problem. The advice given is correct. Change the default gateway on the pool and this should work.

And you dont specify a nat pool of address either. You show pool 1 but there is no pool of address.

I change the default route, thanks.
but
I do traceroute into two address

the said that gateway don´t know the subnet 192.168.10.1

Do you have other devices in the network? I am not sure how when you traceroute from a 192.168.10.0/24 address you get that the gateway doesn't know about 192.168.10.1.
Can you show a topology? Also, can you show the switchport configuration? How are the devices connecting to the UC500?
