CallConnector Console

I have been getting conflicting reports regarding the CallConnector for MS w/ mobility. I know there is an Outlook toolbar and an IE toolbar, but I am looking for a standalone console similar to the 'contacts' section of the IE toolbar. The purpose would be for an operator to have a 'presence window' to be able to see who is available, if anyone is on calls, etc. I was told by our rep it is part of the mobilty portion that includes the presence window, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone have any thoughts?

You are looking at the UCC server with presence capability - it does use the toolbars in IE or Outlook:

If you are looking for an attendant console type application - one option maybe to look at Arc Express. Make sure you use Arc Express 2.1 with CCA 1.9.1 for compatibility with UC520 SW Pack 7.0.2
