IVR port capacity, UCCX on BE6K

Understand limitation of 100 agents (Standard, Enhanced, Premium).

Assuming, since no documentation otherwise states it, that IVR port capacity for UCCX on BE6K is no different than any other virtualized deployment.

100 Premium agents = 200 Advanced IVR ports

100 Standard or Enhanced agents = 400 IVR ports

Please clarify whether or not this assumption is true.

And if it is not, where is it documented?

Thanks,

Brandon

Brandon,

BE6K supports 100 IVR sessions.

It looks to be referenced on the docwiki site, which needs some updates, but the IVR port capacity stated is correct:

http://docwiki.cisco.com/w/index.php?title=Supported_System_Capacities&oldid=43381

We should consider including this number in the datasheet for future reference.

Thanks for finding that for me Tim - I will follow up with UCCX product management as I think it truly needs to be documented on the UCCX side. But agree with you on the datasheet, and the more places it can be found the better.
