Learning UC540 features?

Now that I have both local and remote phones working on a UC540 that is connected to a SIP trunk, I'm interested in exploring all the possible features of the UC540 and especially the SPA525G2.  Like, how to transfer calls, how to make conference calls, if there is a way to see if someone else on on their phone if I don't have the sidecar/expansion module, etc.

Are there any good "how to use this phone system" documents?

Oh, I'd also like to learn about possibly syncing the phone with an iPhone for contacts, and I've read the SPA525G2 screen can display input from a security camera.  Anyone doing either of those things?
