Hi All,
I was hoping someone could help me out with 2 issues I am having with live-reply. My client currently has an UC560.
1. When using live-reply to call a 3rd party number that left a VM the message is still marked as new in the VM system. I was hoping it is possible to change this setting to make the message as read.
2. When answering a VM alert the user is prompted with "Press 1 to disable notifications to this device". I would like to be able to remove this option. I do not want them to be able to disable message notifications.
