Hi everyone
I have installed localization packet for Portuguese (Brazil) and all ip phones are working fine
(This is the packet installed CME-locale-pt_BR-Portuguese-7.0.1.1.tar)
However IP Phones 521G and 524G after the installation still showing the menu in English.
For IP phone 521G and 524G Cisco recommends to install CP_521_524_Dictionary and this packet contains pt_v_22_0_c.xml which is used for Portuguese
I have this packet on the flash memory.
I did a debug tftp event and it shows that 521G and 524G are getting pt_v_22_0_c.xml but the the menu still English
