I have a newly deployed UC520 that I've setup from out of the box, obviously my first deployment. I've got everything working except for voicemails.
I have the mailbox set as 101. I've created everybody's voice mailbox.
When the users hit the messages button on their 7940, the prompt to setup their mailbox begins.
When the voicemail tutorial starts, it asks for a saved greeting. You hit 1 and say the greeting. Yet nothing happens when you hit 1. It goes through this twice, and then it sends you to the main menu and exits.
I've tried turning off the tutorial through the 10.1.1.1/web interface, but that just skips the user to the input password phase and again no user input is recognized.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
I've attached my config if that offers any help.

Add the following:
dial-peer voice 2000 voip
dtmf-relay sip-notify
Hope this helps.

Thank you!
It solved one issue, but it seems to have created another.
Now it asks everybody for their user ID.
I guessed that was their extension, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I guess I am hoping you have another solution for me?

Remove this command from the VM dial peer:
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1
ID should be their extension.
