Jonathan,
Under telephony-service, there is the command:
moh flash:/media/music-on-hold.au
The file needs to be loaded on flash and created within parameters for the size and format of MOH files for the UC (G711a-law or G711u-law, 8KHz encoded audio file, min 100k in size) Also, it works best if the run time of the audio is 1 minute or less.
conf t
telephony-service
moh flash:/
end
wr
If the new file is not playing, reload the unit to clear the file in memory. Hope this helps.

Ok thanks.
Do you know the top command to load the file or can it be done in web GUI?

Jonathan,
If you are using CCA, you can upload the file in Maintenance>File Management>File. If you are not using CCA, you would need to have a TFTP server on your PC and upload the file to the UC by using the command:
copy tftp flash
Answer the prompt questions that follow with the appropriate file names and paths and the file will upload to the unit. If the file fails to upload, you would need to check your topology and make sure the PC has proper communication to the UC. Then make the changes in telephony-services that I previously posted.
