divert incoming call direct to mobile

Hi,

Can anyone advise.

I need to have one of our did's divert directly to a mobile number.

What's the best way to do this.?
It it possible just to map the DID number direct to a mobile?

Hello Jonathan,

The easiest way is if this DID is set on a phone - forward it from the phone by pressing CallForwardAll button and enter the number to which the call should be forwarded.

Yes I agree but I want to do it without a handset/phone. So there is no possibility of it getting switched off accidentally.

Hello Jonathan,

Then you may try to create ephone-dn map DID to its number and set call forward all under the ephone-dn without setting it on any phone.

In CCA this is called floating extension.
