We have a customer that is an electronics shop...they are wanting to turn off MoH for now, until they get an Ipod of some external source. They plugged in a jack with no audio device to the MoH port hoping it would disable MoH.
We know how to disable MoH via CLI, but the client doesn't want to pay us to disable MoH and then re-enable it when they buy their Ipod.
1. What is the MoH port looking for to know to turn off the internal file and play the external port? He's asking electronic terms...? He has an audio cbale plugged in now...but no device sending any ____ ?
2. Can we disable the internal file without effecting the external port ?That way he can plug in when he's ready and we don't change a thing.

Sure, in CCA just configure the box to use the external audio source. When they plug it in, it will start working. Till then, they will get silence.
