Sometimes the MoH works well but sometimes just can hear "bi bi-----bi bi-----" for external call, does anyone know the root cause of this isse, the CM version is 5.1. Thanks

If I understand you are connecting a SPA phone to CCME.
If true, please try this:
- Our IOT with CCM indicates you need to delete the Holding tone on the SPA phone (on the [Regional] tab of the SPA phone) if you want MOH to work properly.
If not, please let me know the phone mode.

Thanks Alberto, our phone model is 7911/7941 connected to CCM version 5.1.
