multiple users assigned to phones

To allow multiple external numbers to call on different lines on the same phone, is there a way to assigned different users to each line on the phone? I know how to do this on a uc500 but I am a little lost with how to do this on a uc320?

Hi Matthew,

I think what you are seeking is the "Additional Extension" feature.  You can use this to create pseudo users and corresponding voicemail boxes.  Routing to the extensions can be handled on the Inbound Calls page.
