Multisite some phones unable to make external calls

Hi Folks,

Following on from a probelm that was solved yesterday on this setup

Site 1

Uc560, SIP Trunk

Site 2

UC540, No Trunk

All Site 2 calls are received and handled by Site1, before forwarding to site 1, all Site 2 external calls routed to Site 1 then out the SIP

the problem is there are 6 phones on Site 2, and 4 of them can make external calls and 2 cant.

The phone etup in CCA are all the same, and all phone can call internally and intersite.

Any suggestions

Hello Graeme,

Sounds like the routing and dial-peers on the UC540/UC560 are setup/working correctly, if 4 of the phones are working.  So I would look at the phones themselves.  Are they a different type of phone?  Do those 2 phones have any permissions/restrictions placed on them. (COR list)   Have you tried recreating the CNF files, or just removing those phones, then re-adding them??

Might help to get a debug of those phones trying to make a call..  (debug voice ccapi inout)
