Multisite UC540 Voicemail Integration

I have UC540's proposed for a 3 site for deployment (sites A, B, and C)

I was able to gain some information from: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9775

However, this is very limited in its explanation of the integration of voicemail in multisite deployments.

It says, "Feature: Voicemail/AA, Supported: Yes/Yes Each Site has its own CUE AA and each site can access the others AA and Voicemail"

Specifically, my customer requires the following abilities:

1. Forward a voicemail received at site A to a voicemail box at site B or C.
2. Create a voicemail distribution list containing voicemail boxes located at site A, B, and C.
3. Broadcast a voicemail message to voicemail boxes at sites A, B and C.

Are these three requirements capable? And what are the requirements to make them capable? (ex: sip trunks between sites, etc.)

Thanks Steven, that's a useful link. So all three points are possible then w/ a multisite topology of Unity Express through CLI configuration?
