Hi,
First time poster so forgive me if I miss some protocols around here.
We have a Cisco UC 520 with 3x ISDN2's installed within a 100 number range both internally and external. We have 2 1300 numbers that we advertise and have them call point to extensions 270 and 260 within our VoIP network. These calls are then transferred to an ephone-dn numbered 279 and 269 respectively when then pass through to a call blast group with pilot 511 that calls out on 3 extensions before if unanswered the call forwards to a single voicemail on a physical extension.
The issue I have is no name display occurs on these lines when they ring at the extensions end. I'd like the call to say "From xxx (external number), To xxx (business name), so the staff answering these calls can indentify which stream the call is coming in on. Currently at this site, it just shows the external number and no other information. Previously this team was based at a different site where this setup working. I've gone through both configs and replicated settings where they may apply, however no success.
Would you have either a suggestion for a better way to config and manage this sort of setup, or some configurations issues I could look further into?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Michael.

You need service dnis dir-lookup. However, that doesn't work with voice hunt, Since these are bad practice anyway (racing for calls instead of orderly call distribution to agents), just use regular ephone-hunt, and it should be working. If you client insist with blast calls, use shared line not, voice hunt.
