Need for wand tool in the SCC Toolbar

I had installed version 2.1 of the SCC toolbar, but I couldn't find the wand tool that was in the old Unified CallConnector client. We plan on deploying more UC540's, and this is a must have feature in the SCC Toolbar. Are there plans to get the wand tool added to the next SCC Toolbar release?

Can you explain this feature in a little more depth, it has perked my interest as I don't remember seeing this in the old CallConnector before the upgrade.
