No eligable SPA 525 phones are available?

Why am I seeing this message when opening "Phone VPN Setup Wizard"?

"no eligable SPA 525 phones are available"

There IS a SPA525G2 phone connected to the UC540 and it has an extension configured.

We want to use the 525 as a remote teleworker.

I am not finding any results when I search the Community site.

I deleted the user and recreated it but still get the same error when trying to start the wizard.

SSL VPN is already set up and SSL VPN Client installed.

Please advise, thank you.  Paul

Hmmm....

If the wizard detects that a phone has an existing VPN configuration, it is checked. To remove VPN settings from a phone, uncheck the box for that phone. You can also edit the VPN username and password for an existing phone.

maybe check that it is now Wifi connected.   Go with POE to get this configured.

Or just factory reset the phone.

If all that doenst work, open a case and get the logs.

I have had this issue with different versions.  The first time I tried to setup this feature, was on a 7.1 something.  The next time, was on 8.0.  I think it was resolved in 8.0.2 or 8.0.4.
