I have a customer that is experiencing intermittent no-way audio on a UC560. The intermittent problem is between the main site (UC560 and two ESW-520-48P switches) and a remote (ESW-520-8P switch). The link between the two sites is a Layer 2 fiber link with 1.5 meg of bandwidth. UC560 software version is 15.0(1)XA2. The no-way audio problem is not tied to a particular day or time-of-day. The problem can occur at any time and the call can be initiated by a phone user at either of the two sites. Has anyone run into this issue?
