Outbound Digita Translation on UC560

We have SIP trunks on a UC560 and we need to edit local number i.e. 123456 to insert the area code before sending out as the SIP provider needs the area code.

Is this straight forward?

Hello,

This can be done but not through CCA. CLI only. You will need to modify your local outgoing dial-peer to match a translation-profile with a translation-rule that will insert the area code. 

If you use CCA for your all other configuration changes, you won't be able to make changes to your outgoing dial plan. CCA will overwrite it.
