Overseas call disconnected/dropped once picked up my the other party

Cisco UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9
SPA 525G IP Phones 7.5.3
Cisco IOS Software, UC500 Software (UC500-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 15.1(2)T2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1).
We're having customer complaining that their UC520 is dropping international calls.
It seems to happen to only 2 out of 8 phones they have in the office.
Could someone please recommend the logs I should run to find out the reason.
We do not use the CCA due to the instability and troublesome template.
The uc520 was manually configured through CLI identical to how the CCME is configured.
Any advise appreciated.

UC500 does not know that a call is international, or what else it is.
So either it happens with all calls, then in thoery could be an UC500 issue, or you have to complain to telco.
In any case, you should update to latest IOS for best stability.
