using PAP2T. I forgot the password.
I can not enter the ip address of the interface at the moment. but it also does not try the following way. not start again.

Unfortunately, if you lose the admin pw, you can't factory reset the unit.
If the unit is from a service provider, they would be able to re-provision the unit for you.
