I have a customer setup with remote phones outside the timezone that the main UC500 is located in, and I've yet to find a way to make the phone display the correct time for their location.
Is there a way via CCA or CLI to change this behavior?
What about the voicemail system as well? Is there a way so the message times reflect the timezone for that extension?

Unfortunately, neither feature is supported within a single UC500.

Thanks for the response.
Hopefully this be made possible in the near future considering, on the phone side at least, it would seem fairly simple to implement as the time-zone field already exists in the per-phone cnf files.

I agree it is not a big stretch on the phoen site. More complicated for CUE, definitely.
