Phones continuously download xml files after software upgrade

I have a

uc540 with 7 spa phones.

I initially deployed the uc540 with the software that came with it. Which was 7.0x and that was approx 2 months ago. Everything worked well, but I thought I should upgrade to version 8.1 before the end users start using it. The upgrade went as smooth as silk. My best experience to date. CCA 3.0 was able do the entire upgrade by itself.

Two phones were disconnected from the network during the upgrade and now when I connect them to the uc500 they keep saying they are downloading some xml files. They keep cycling between 3 different xml file downloads without stopping. One phone is a 508 and the other is a 502. The other phones that were plugged in during the upgrade are doing fine and they are 502, 3 - 504s and a 508.

I have restarted the uc540 and then tried plugging the phones in directly to it but have the same issue. How do I get the phones to complete the upgrade? Anybody see this issue before?

Problem solved.

I have a second dhcp server on the network that I want to use for Citrix Provisioning server options and I believe the phones were getting there ip addresses from it. I did not have option 150 added on that dhcp server for the tftp server so the phones did not know where to get the downloads from. When I disabled the second dhcp server, the phones booted normally and all is well.
