I am looking for some ideas for a pre install questionnaire. It would include information about network, call handling, auto attendant, users etc. Basically, everything you would need to configure the system before you go onsite. If someone had some files already created, that would be great. No use reinventing the wheel.
The pre install questionnaire could also be used to create post install documentation.
