problem with spa8000

hello everybody

i have a spa8000 and i reseted this device to default factory by interactive voice response menu,

the problem is when i try to login to the web management of device , login page appear and want username and password

i tried username:admin password:[none] , username:admin password:admin , but it doesnt work

firmware version is 5-1-10

By default, there are no passwords assigned for either the Administrator account or the User account.
Probably your reset procedure failed.

Follow this: connect an analog phone to FXS 1 port and press **** then 73738# then 1 to confirm.

but i tried it by analog phone and heard "option successful" but

still i have same problem and i can't login to device.

i was wrong and i connected my analog phone to FXS 8.

but this time i did by FXS 1 and it works.
