Hi all,
I have the exact same problem as described here:

That the phone number is getting ABCD appended at the beginning.
All outgoing calls are going through a SIP trunk provider.
However, there is no solution posted to the problem - does anyone know what to do?

Hi Simon,
If you have a support contract on the appliances then it is strongly suggested you log a case with SBCS on this, I suspect that there is a requirement for some CLI programming to be made to get it to work properly for you. Any advice that one would give you of this forum, could pose a risk in that it might take the system out of support scope, we all need to avoid this.
Are you able to log a support case on this? If not then we can look at alternatives if need be.
