Hi, I need some help configuring my spa3000. I need to forward all incoming calls to a voip number. I successfully forward calls, but line is incredibly disturbed and, after about 5 seconds, hangs up. Can you help me? My country (for tone configuration) is Italy

Thank you

Wrong forum, post in "small business voice - SPA and gateways". You can move your post using the actions panel on the right.

Done. Thanks

A sip debug trace could give a clue as to what is causing your problem.  It could also be a NAT (network address translation) problem associated with your router.

For a sip debug trace you download and install a syslog program on your computer, you put your computer's local ip address on the SPA3000 System Tab under Debug Server, you set the Debug Level to 3 on the System Tab and on the Line 1 Tab and also the PSTN Line Tab you set the Sip Debug Option to FULL.  For a simple Windows PC syslog program you can download one and get more information here:

Here is my syslog... what does it mean error 34?

Not sure exactly what causes the TP Parser error but that is not your main problem.  I think the parser error has something to do with the speed of the computer syslog program parsing (interpreting) the incoming data.

On the SPA3000, if you set the Debug Level to 3 and also set the Sip Debug Option to FULL on the PSTN Line Tab and also set the Sip Debug Option to FULL on the Line 1 Tab you should see a lot more information.
