I have a Cisco SPA122 calls are okay inbound and outbound but i cannot put a call on hold using the recall key. It works if i press the hookswitch twice quickly.
I know this will hook flash timer but not sure where.

Are you in the UK ?
The settings I changed were for the UK but the ones that affected the recall are
Regional
Control Timer Values (sec):
Hook Flash Timer Min: .06 (This is used for recall key on phone)
Hook Flash Timer Max: .2 (This is used for recall key on phone)
Also link to settings i found and followed forthe UK
Hope this helps
Stuart

Hi Stuart, thanks for your reply. I'm in NSW, Australia, and had already found the problem with those timers (I've set them to 0.05 min and 0.005 min).
My problem is that I can pick up a waiting call with the flash button but doing so clears the current call. However it should be possible to toggle between them, so operating the flash button puts the current call on hold.
I researched the settings here pretty thoroughly and listed them at https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/thread/9rq0kym3?p=17 (I think you'll have to cut-&-paste the URL). They're probably very similar to those in the UK, especially regarding tones.
Cheers, D.
