Regional settings for Basic ACD

Hi All,

I have a Basic ACD configured, however when users are transferred to this group they get a US Dial tone, with a US attendant message say "all agents are busy"

I'm in the UK, so the callers hear when they're transferred to the ACD as they get the UK Dialtone when calling, then the US when transferred.

Can this be changed somehow?

Hi Pete,

You can always record your own file, it need to be 8000 bit rate, uLaw codec and a .raw file.

You will need to give it the same name as the one already on the flashcard, then upload it to the flash card and overwrite the original one

Check and see if CCA allows you to do the recording there, if it does it would probably be a better method than doing it manually.
