I have a customer who wants to restrict users from dialing a steering code such as 9 to get an outside line. He wants all calls to go through the operator. The operator should therefore be able to dial out using the FXO lines. I am looking at the configuration options and I am not sure that this is possible. Is there any way I can achieve this while still maintaining incoming calls being answered by the AA? Configuring the UC320 so that instead of 9 a longer string of numbers can be dialed to get an outside line such as 123456 and keeping this code confidential would satisfy the cutomer.
