Hello Everybody,
One of our customer has large no SPA942 and SPA922 and we are implementing UC560 so the customer wants us to get these phones working with UC500.
Therefore I would like to know can we anyhow run these phones using SIP( as i suppose these phones would run only on sip).
Any help will be really appreciated.

I used these phones with UC. This is an old config example :

source-address X.X.X.X port 5060
max-dn 20
max-pool 10
!
voice register dn 1
number 70
allow watch
name 1P
no-reg
label 1P
voice register pool 1
id mac xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
number 1 dn 1
username 70 password 70
codec g711alaw

Hi Daniele,
I tried using ur sample config but phone does not register with the UC.
Is there anything else that i should do in order for these phones to register.
Also when i select phone type these phones are no displayed and when i checked support communtiy i found Steven Distefano telling that UC does not support spa9xx.

Can you add the SPA9xx config?
You must configure the username and password as declared in the voice register pool of the UC and you must use the ip address of UC as sip server.
Do you have configure ACL or ip trusted list in the UC?
Can you post the output of "debug ccsip messages" command?
In this way we can see the REGISTRATION phase of a phone.
Regards.
