A couple of our clients would like to be able to intercom direct to a user without ringing prior to transfering a call? So instead of hitting tranfer and then it ringing, they want it to initiate a 1 to 1 intercom to talk without it ringing prior to transfering? Is there any easy way to do this?
I have a LLLOOOOONG WorkAround, but there has to be away to change the transfer options globally?
This is mostly for the receptionist with her side car...
Any help is appreciated!
