HI There,
We have a sip trunk from Voiceflex.com and I cannot get it setup correctly on MY UC540
I spoke to the providers and they sent me a config sheet for Cisco, but it is all CLI, and we have been told from Cisco not to use CLI on the UC systems as it bcomes unsupported.
Is is possible for some one to make a template to load on the UC540 that I can use to configure this sip trunk?
I have attached both documents
Regards
Graeme

Dear Sir;
Please see attached. Let us know if it works, you will need to include the information related to your account as provided by Voiceflex.

HI Alberto,
thanks for your help.
It is working now for incoming and outgoing calls.
I spoke to Voiceflex and the configured outbound caller ID on our account.
All working now.
Thanks for your help

The template you gave us has worked well until this weekend when we were suddenly blocked by their IDS.
They are saying it's because the Register command is putting in our DDI rather than the username.
How can we modify the template to fix this.
I also find it strange that things have worked perfectly since March but suddenly it's an issue.
