Hello All,
My UC520 issues continue. After much frustration and assistance I finally got my SIP trunk running and all appeared to be well. Calls and DDI's were working great. I though job done. However, another issue has popped up.
One of the staff was on leave and set their phone to Call forward to another internal extension. Now when a SIP call comes in to that extension it wont forward and the caller gets no Audio. I've been reading and believe a Media Termination Point may be needed. Can anyone point me to a definative explination that may help me resolve? I have attached my config if someone has some time to tell me what I'm missing.
Thanks in advance
Dave

You said "won't forward" and "caller gets no audio" -- which is it? If the forwarding fails, my best guess would be caller-id issues (UC520 is sending caller's CID, which ITSP is rejecting since it is not a number you own). If it is audio issues... that could be many things; is this UC behind a firewall or NAT?

Thanks for the reply Daniel,
The caller hears nothing. You take the forward off and the desired internal extension gets the call and all ok.
I setup the following scenario
Currently 2805 forwarded to 2810
voice translation-rule 4
rule 1 /^02070787756/ /2805/
ephone-dn 80 octo-line
number 2805 no-reg primary
label HouseManager
description HouseMgr 2805
name House Manager
mobility
call-forward all 2810
When Call comes in on DDI 02070787756 I can see the SIP messages translation to 2810. But then it says service unavailable.
Regards
David

Hi Daniel,
I tried your recommedation but no luck. The impact of the above was it stopped DDI SIP calls also.
When I put it back to the original
