I have installed the Smart CallConnector for my UC560 and it is working form Outlook, however when I try to use it within IE I get the following error:
HTTP error occured, please contact your administrator.
What do I need to do to correct this?

This what I have downloaded. I am being told I need to upgrade to a full
license.
Can you please confirm the correct version to download?

The file installed was Cisco_SCC_Toolbar_Win_x32_2.1.0.4.exe

that is the latest version and there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version.
Again this is free and according to my knowledge does not require any licencing.
So now I am hoping that Cisco Support will provide an answer for you to resolve this issue other than stating you need licencing, which again I cannot see why you would.
If you are required licencing, then we need them to explain this. And then once you are licenced, I hope it fixes the problem.
I am sorry that you are having this issue and going through the inconvenience, but unfortunately their is nothing I can do in this matter, but of course I am very interested in knowing the resolution.
