I get my first UC runs OK, but now I would like to customize it. So I have few questions how to do. I hope someone could give me some tips, no links to official documentation, please.

How to import audio files for BACD, MOH, and Voicemail ?

How to send an audio file in attachment for voicemail ?

Fax 2 mail or/and mail 2 fax option ?

How to install and use Smart call connector ? What is the difference between versions ?

How to adjust the hour GMT+1 with CIPC device ?

How to do secured remote admin with CCA ?

Voice mail is done from the handset of the phone

BACD is done from CCA GUI under BACD

Fax 2 mail or/and mail 2 fax option ?

T37 Fax on ramp/off ramp not supported in CCA 2.2.5.  It should be in 3.0

Synchronize your system in CCA and this should take care of this.

How to do secured remote admin with CCA ?

Enable or Disable Telnet/SSH from CCA GUI.

My question about BACD was: is it possible to import wav files instead of using the simple CCA prompt maker ?

How to do imap integration under CCA ?

So wait and see for Fax option...

For CIPC ntp sync under CCA, it doesn't work for me, all IP phones are sync but not CIPC...

I tried to connect with CCA on my public IP, but it doesn't work, the UC is full NAT behind my firewall.

You must import an .au file in a very specific format.  You can drag and drop it onto the UC560 in CCA:

Your firewall could be blocking some traffic.  Telnet, TFTP, and FTP are protocols you definitely need open.  I would try opening it all the way and scale back once it is working.

Now, I think I can migrate my trixbox to UC with full features I need, except announcement option, but I use BACD instead.
